Nao Yoshioka releases an acoustic version of her latest song, ‘Wave’ , which was created in a session with Kazuki Isogai, a Japanese guitarist who is also known for his collaborations with edbl

The acoustic version of ‘Wave’, which has been featured in The Hype Magazine, Bonafide Magazine, and played on BBC Radio Manchester, Jazz FM, and other international media and radio outlets, has been released on December 16, 2022 (Friday).

‘Wave (Utopia Acoustic Session Ver.) feat. Kazuki Isogai’ was created in a session with Kazuki Isogai, a Japanese guitarist who is a member of SANABAGUN and has garnered attention for his collaborative album “The edbl × Kazuki Sessons” with edbl, a presence in the South London hip-hop and R&B scene.

The expressive vocals are intertwined with comfortable guitar riffs and tapping. The cool and refreshing original song is reconstructed with a mellow arrangement and sound that warmly accompanies the chilly season.

The two musicians, who have shared the stage in live performances and tours, can create a groove that is perfectly in tune with each other’s expressions and sounds.
The actual session, recorded in an intimate setting that feels like you are in your own living room, will be available on YouTube on the same day as the release.
